Live workshop - winter is coming + how to survive the festive period

2020 was an incredibly challenging year for us all as we were faced with the height of the pandemic and a ‘Corona Christmas.’ 

2021 has whizzed by. Where did the time go? Another Christmas and cold winter is coming. 

As the days get shorter and the nights start to draw in, we know that many of you will start to be experiencing those winter blues.  If you’re wondering how to keep them at bay, revisit this workshop with Louise Rumball and clinical psychologist Dr. Helene for an interactive workshop, where they offer tips and guidance on how to manage your wellbeing over the winter period.

  3. Locus of control exercise - tips on how to focus your energy in a positive way rather than drain energy with unnecessary worrying 

  4. How to ok back at the year in a compassionate and reflective way

  5. Setting positive goals for next year
