Live workshop - exploring sobriety for Dry January

3 years ago, OPENHOUSE Founder, Louise Rumball, made a decision that would change her life for the better and she’s never looked back. She decided to go sober.

If you’ve been considering sobriety and are sober curious this workshop is for you. We’ll be discussing why sobriety might just change your life too..

New year, no alcohol?
Sober curious?
Ready to drop the substances?

In this interactive workshop, Louise Rumball and clinical psychologist Dr Helene explore the psychology between drinking and escapism; and the benefits of setting drinking boundaries to take control of our lives.

In this workshop, we’re going to be exploring Louise’s own sobriety journey and discussing her experiences on how she’s overcome hurdles along the way, what she says when people ask her about it and if she has ever struggled to keep it up.

Dr. Helene, a Clinical Psychologist, will be guiding us through this workshop to:

  • Help you to understand your relationship with alcohol or other drugs;

  • How to test sobriety and your own boundaries;

  • How your relationships with those around you might change;

  • Very positive, open forum discussion around all of the benefits that might come into your life that you didn’t expect.
