My boyfriend and I have been having some challenging discussions about our future together, but the beautiful thing about a healthy relationship is being able to have these conversations without anger, stress, or fighting. Instead, they’re filled with respect and love. On the health and wellness front, I’m feeling great too—training hard, working hard, and eating well. And let’s just say…it works!
⋆˙⟡ The most expansive conversation of my week was with one of my most inspiring friends, Kacy Shea. She shared a ChatGPT prompt that changed my day and left my jaw on the floor. Sharing it with you below for your daily dose of powerful, direct advice:

HOT – This week, the world is obsessed with the case of Luigi Mangione (the guy accused of assassinating the United Healthcare CEO) and, equally, with Luigi Mangione himself. TikToks like this one and this one (“I can fix him”) perfectly showcase pretty privilege in action.
When someone like Jeremy Meeks or Luigi Mangione is conventionally attractive or even hot, it skews public perception. People may downplay the crime and instead focus on their looks, creating a strange dissonance and detachment - thinking he couldn't in fact ‘represent’ something bad, or wrong. And the “Daddy, I can fix him” memes? In a world where everyone is juggling personal struggles, stress and ongoing to do lists, romanticizing or pedestalling figures outside of us provides a dopamine hit—a distraction that’s part hilarious, part concerning. HEALING – This week, Megan Fox entered her healing era, announcing her from Machine Gull Kelly breakup despite being pregnant with his child. Reportedly, she discovered messages on his phone to another woman. It got me thinking that “Men don’t run away from a great woman; they often run away from the parts of themselves they need to sit with or fix to be able to be with her". ⋆˙⟡ This week, I listened to ‘Unlocking Your Soul’s Potential' on The David Ghiyam Podcast this week and something just ‘clicked’ so hard in me that I literally considered converting to Kabbalah!!!! I often talk about how limiting beliefs are not just ‘mental’, they are wired deeply into our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies and this is why you cannot ‘outthink of them’ (and why I've started a somatic healing portal - grab your free trial HERE). David shared how we cannot step into the version of us that we want to be until we have a vessel (body) that can hold the energy of that version which is why changing your lifestyle is SO much more powerful than changing just your mindset. This podcast had me truly talking about it all week, and then I went deeper on the Lewis Howe's podcast on a shared episode “how to manifest anything". I loved these episodes SO much.
⋆˙⟡ Leaving Is A Process, Not A Moment - this TikTok inspired me recently ("The longer you stay on the wrong train, the more expensive it is to get home") and while I enjoyed the sentiment, I don't agree - because I believe that leaving is a process, not a moment, and it always ends up happening when the time is right.
This week on Healing Honeys, the beautiful Sasha Pallari joined me to share how after a decade with her partner, she initiated a separation just 9 months after their wedding. She shares the truth of a longing, from the depth of your being, when you know you want and need more, and how a lack of physical touch and intimacy was a turning point for her. ⋆˙⟡ David Beckham Wants To Replace All Your Supplements With IM8 - read here. I was interested at how this brand launch had flown under the radar and how I haven't seen the launch anywhere. Have you? I'm super intrigued by this product and while I haven't tried it, I definitely want to - particularly because of the 92 ingredients. As an Integrative Health Practitioner, I'm always a big fan of getting a lot of these through our diet - but truthfully?
The combination of the Electrolytes, Adaptogens and Super Mushrooms, as well as Pre, Probiotic and Postbiotics AND Essential Amino Acids in the formula alongside all of the more ‘expected’ ingredients? I'm very, very down for. ⋆˙⟡ Let's bring back ‘Normal consumption core' - https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGdreAsuK/ -I loved this TikTok reminding us what a ‘normal’ makeup bag looks like, especially when we're overwhelmed by influencers with drawers full of products and constant sales trying to take our money. The phrase, “If it’s worth buying, it’s worth finishing,” really stuck with me and has been guiding my purchasing recently.. because when was the last time you FINISHED a product? This month, I actually finished three products: my LaNeige Lip Mask (which lasts forever!) and my Ilia T10 Clean Beauty Serum and a wax hair stick from Amazon that I use all the time. Question of the day - what items that you buy are actually WORTH buying?

We’re so quick to hate our ‘anxiety’ or our ‘freeze response’ or how sensitive we are - Sedona Violet is here to remind us that these are actually evolutionary responses from within our nervous system that saved our lives at one point and were ALWAYS working for us. Watch the video here. She also explains that there’s a serene, divine beauty in the way your body has molded yourself to survive. While that response might not fit the life you have now, it is worthy of your love and respect. You are an evolutionary miracle, born to survive in a world that isn’t always easy to live in.
⋆˙⟡ Coffee lovers, unite (+ here's a hack) - https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGdrenedR/. Watching this reel got me excited for my morning coffee - I just love it SO much. With all of the somatic healing work I have done, I don't experience anxiety anymore, but L-theanine or opting for adaptogenic coffee is a great hack for those of you who do get coffee-induced jitters. L-theanine, an amino acid found in tea, promotes calmness by increasing GABA, serotonin, and dopamine—neurotransmitters that enhance relaxation and reduce stress. I've also been replacing my multiple daily coffees with hibiscus tea - I AM OBSESSED and drink 3+ cups of it a day at the moment. This also allows me to savor that morning coffee even more too.

⋆˙⟡ Watching this trend (link here) was painful for me—I wanted to DM every woman directly in the comments who were relating and help them. In the holistic and integrative health world, bloating might be common, but it is definitely not normal. It’s a sign of some sort of internal imbalance in your system.While many people turn to changing diets, trying new supplements, or elimination diets (which can be stressful for your body in themselves), not enough are talking about the role of stress—especially chronic and toxic stress. Stress can lead to HPA axis dysregulation (the system that controls your stress response), nervous system dysregulation, and vagus nerve dysfunction, all of which can contribute to bloating.
